Our Manufacturing Process
Isometric drawings are released from our drawing office, and given to our pipe fitters, who then check and pre- fabricate the pipework.
The pre-fabricated pipe spools are then handed over to our welders to complete. Every weld is individually documented on the drawing and each weld is stamped with a welder identification for welder traceability. The spools are then tested to the client’s specifications including NDT if required.
At this point, the pipework is checked by our quality assurance team, to assure works are in accordance with all the clients’ requirements, and within the tolerances specified.
The manufactured sections of pipe work are then loaded onto transport, with the isometric drawings, NDT reports (if requested) and drawings issued, and delivered to client.
Our products
Carbon steel fabricated pipe can be produced from the smallest of pipe sizes through to the largest to Class I and Class II for both TIG and MMA welding dependent upon your specific requirements.
Our procedure tests are in accordance with BS EN ISO 15614-1:2004 (Class I) and our welders are duel coded to BS EN 287-1 2004 (Class I) and ASME IX, certified by the Royal Sun Alliance (RSA).
We can also provide NDT (ultrasonic, magnetic particle inspection (mpi) and/ or hydro testing at our factory or sent offsite for radiographic testing), weld mapping and weld tagging for your fabricated carbon steel pipework.
Stainless steel fabricated pipe can be produced from 1/2” through to the largest and to the required standard class I / class II TIG welding using 99.99% pureshield argon backing gas. Dependent upon each client’s specific requirements.
Our procedure tests are in accordance with BS EN ISO 15614-1:2004 (Class I) and our welders are duel coded to both BS EN 287-1 2004 (Class I) and ASME IX, certified by the Royal Sun Alliance (RSA).
We can also provide NDT (ultrasonic testing, dye penetration and/or hydro testing at our factory, or sent offsite for radiographic testing), weld mapping and weld tagging for your fabricated stainless steel pipework.
